ICC
The ICC stands for International Certificate of Competence. This is effectively an international boat driving licence, so you can drive on holiday.
The RYA Powerboat Level 2 (PB2) qualification satisfies the practical element of the ICC up to 10m, which you can apply for through the RYA.
