Sailing is an incredible way to build life skills like teamwork and confidence, and being outdoors and on the water is a huge change of pace that both challenges and delights.
We can run boat races and games, where boats can team up or compete individually to race to the next buoy or secure the most floating prizes!

Youth Adventure DaysWe run an introduction to sailing in pairs in in our flight of Picos and Fusions, with an emphasis on fun! We may also offer joyrides with instructors in our bigger boats. We will run games and races, and can offer our clubhouse as a party venue. These can be adapted for children ages 8-17, with smaller or bigger boats. Youth Groups (regular sessions)Primary 2-3 per boat, start with paddling, building on water confidence and teamwork Progress to RYA Stage 1 Age 11+ 2 per boat, intro to sailing and Stage 1, Optional progress to single handing and RYA Stage 2 Age 15+ Start singlehanded, youth Stages 1 and 2 over several sessions Competent sailors Race coaching and progression in boats appropriate to size and ability |
Adult Adventure days Cruising- Doublehanders Get out on the water and see a different side to London, touring the brent reservoir and nature reserve. Our RS Quest boats are a popular adult dinghy, and will take three students and an instructor on board to ensure it’s all smooth sailing. Adventure- Singlehanders For the more intrepid crowd, we offer an introduction to sailing by yourself in our flight of Singlehanded boats, Picos and Fusions, with expert tuition and safety cover by our team of RYA certified instructors. Sessions can be offered as full or half days, with options to rotate in for groups of a bigger size. ClubhouseWe have full changing and showering facilities, and several classrooms. The clubhouse has a kitchen and event space you can arrange with us to use. |
